Dr. Donald Fraser, PhD
Dr. Donald Fraser is the Founder and Director of the Photonics Center at Boston University. The Center has a mission to create and accelerate companies that use the technology of light. Before joining Boston University, Dr. Fraser served in the Bush administration as the Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition. Dr. Fraser was responsible for an annual budget of $100 billion, involving more than 12 million procurement actions annually, several hundred thousand people, and six Department of Defense Agencies. Prior to his government service, Dr. Fraser spent 30 years at Draper Laboratory where he elevated to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Fraser has also served for many years on the faculty of MIT.

Mr. EE Mangindaan
Mr. EE Mangindaan currently serves as a senior member of Indonesia’s Majelis Permusyaratan Rakyat, a body equivalent to the United States House of Representatives. Mr. Mangindaan has recently been appointed to serve as a senior advisor to newly elected President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Mr. Mangindaan previously served as the Governor of North Sulawesi Province. Prior to his career in government, Mr. Mangindaan held the rank of Major General in the Indonesian Army (TNI).

Mr. Gilles Delom
Mr. Gilles Delom is the Founder of UK-based GD Consulting. Mr. Delom’s primary field of expertise is in project management and supplier integration. He is currently consulting with Pratt & Whiney on their latest engine development programs. Mr. Delom has over 35 years experience in the aerospace industry primarily in airframes with Airbus and Aerospatiale. He served as the engine project manager for Airbus on the A320 and A330 platforms and held a post in Aerospatiale’s Executive Management team prior to his retirement. Mr. Delom is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Enseignement Technique and is a veteran of the French Army.

Dr. Meril Ebner, PhD
Dr. Meril Ebner is a Professor of Manufacturing Engineering at Boston University. His expertise lies in the field of Structured Process Design, Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing. He is the lead instructor for Boston University’s Executive Masters Program in Manufacturing Engineering as well as a key figure in the school’s Distance Learning Program. During his career, Professor Ebner has been involved with countless projects with large corporations such as IBM, Lucent, Cisco, General Motors and General Electric. In recognition of the many students he has guided and influenced, the school as endowed a scholarship fund in his honor. Professor Ebner received his B.S.E from Boston University and PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Charles Reasner, MD
Dr. Charles Reasner is the Medical Director of the Texas Diabetes Institute in San Antonio, TX. He also holds the post of Chief of Clinical Endocrinology in Department of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Reasner’s work has been published in numerous medical journals, books and newsletters. He is currently involved in multiple research projects focusing on experimental treatment of diabetes. In the past decade, Dr. Reasner has been acknowledged as one of the nation’s best physicians. He was recently recognized as American’s Top Doctor for 2004 by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. Dr. Reasner received his BS from Andrews University and his MD from Loma Linda University School of Medicine.
